History
Your Homes Real Estate LLC is a Privately-owned Company, established in the year 2008 and registered in Dubai under Commercial License No. 613111 granted by the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai, U. A. E. The Company is also registered with the Land Department, Government of Dubai under Registration No.12461 as required by “Regulation of Real Estate LLC’ Register for the Emirate of Dubai. We provide a full range of services to local and foreign investors, buyers, and real estate lenders. In its entire life-span in the real estate industry, the company has specialized in various locations covering the whole of Dubai, conquering newly developing areas, increasing our client base by our different marketing strategies, ensuring top relations with the well-known and biggest developers such as EMAAR, NAKHEEL, DAMAC, Dubai Properties, Ellington, Azizi, MAG, SOBHA, ARADA, SKAI, NSHAMA, and many more as well as local developers such as Ishraqa, New world development. So far we have got the exclusivity of some of the major projects of JVC such as Westar, Indigo, Lootah, Golden Woods, Sunset Gardens and the list goes on. In the past few years, we have sold most of the properties for Indigo, Erantis, Nakheel Townhouses and Villas in JVC. We exclusively manage Sydney Tower and Sydney Villas in JVC.
